Would not recommend - This works very well. I just had a baby, and needed a little help getting everything back to normal. This pushes everything back together, but without squeezing too tight. I love that. Some postpartum supports squeeze way too much, causing difficulty breathing, but not this one. I can definitely see a big DIFFERENCE!

This is exactly what postpartum wraps should be. Three options for support and adjustable! I've used a binder post partum before and after a week it wasn't tight enough any more and was just one rectangle piece of elastic.
