I wear this every day all day I even work out in it and sleep in it. you control the level of tightness. I use after reading a review that someone used it for post lipo/tummy tuck. Also good back support which I will probably wear it even when I don't need anymore. I do how ever wear a t-shirt under it. It itches when directly touch my skin. I'm not as big of a fan as I thought/hoped I would be. This band needs a silicone backing to go against the skin to avoid the frequent ride-ups experienced. It rides up when your walking, sitting, standing. It doesn't tuck well into pants. I purchase for post-labor recovery and would return it if I could, but I've already used it and it does have a small stain. I'm a pretty small frame so I expected this to fit better than it does given it doesn't have a lot of areas to keep in. Overall wouldn't recommend. I like how you can make this as tight as you want but it's bulky and not nearly long enough. I'm 5'8" and when I wear this my post-pregnancy belly either pouches out the top or the bottom depending on how high or low I wear it. Very happy with this and I haven't even got to use all of it yet. I was worried about the fit as I'm about 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. But it seems as if it will be stretchy enough. I like the 3 separate pieces, and have been using the smaller 'hip' band as a pregnancy belly support. The material doesn't seem scratchy or hard, I think it will work perfect! |

The ones they give in the hospital is just one giant piece of velcro that grabs and sticks to itself. The hospital ones are extremely difficult to adjust too. |
