Just received the set. Good quality. I can feel them working on my belly and waist. I am of the view that for this type of products, if I want them to do the job, comfy is not my priority. It runs small, so order larger than you think you need. Definitely helps alleviate some of the early back pain and discomfort. Difficult to put it on correctly if you're alone, and it scrunches up a bit of you try to sit down. This Postpartum Support is worth purchasing. It is a 3 part support. I wear it at night to give me that support while sleeping. I really do help me to keep my posture, tuck in my belly, and really help me to stay tone. You do not have to wear all the pieces all at once. I absolutely love this. I gave birth a week ago and my belly is almost back to normal. I have only been using the first belt so far. I did use the second belt for about two days. I have not used the last belt for your hips yet. But so far this has worked for me. I did have a small bump to begin with. I can already fit into my old clothes. My jeans still fit a bit snug but overall i'm happy with my purchase. |
