This is a great postpartum waist band. However, it is very bulky and hard to bend or sit. Unfortunately I could not wear this out because my body just looked so unnatural, it was obvious I was wearing a lot of something under my loose cloths. I love that there are 2 waist bands. I'm, postpartum, between a size 6 and 8 and still have room to tighten them. The pads in the cups move all over when using the nursing bra. Order smaller size than you think you would want (so if you run a smaller 32/34 depending on brand of bra go with smaller for this brand so a Small as 34 is a Med) The medium I ordered I had to hook and the smallest setting and after the first wear the bras are too big to use in rib cage. Cup size is great and comfy bra overall. Downside is overly stretchy material, cup pads move around and need adj every use. | Tag:

Delivery was very fast. As soon as I tried It on I knew it was great. Great fit and support, I am 5.2 125 lbs and I purchased a medium which was perfect. You cannot hide it under clothes but that didn't bother me. I needed it for an upcoming surgery and it works great. Gives me the support I need on my abdomen and then I can fasten the 2 strips to support my back. I really love this belt. I've been wearing it for a few days now and so far I love it! It serves it's purpose and love the material and how it's adjustable. |

I really wish they had different sizes in these, because I could barely get two of the pieces on. The third piece that goes around the hips wasn't even close to fitting, but I have large hips. It's also kind of itchy, especially if you sweat at all while wearing it. |

Honestly would give zero stars . You get what you pay for . Will be returning . |

Not what I had in mind! In the future I'd purchase one that does not come in three pieces. It feels incredibly bulky and it is too obvious to wear underneath your clothes. I guess you get what you pay for. I believe this was around $20-$30 cant remember but apparently the really nice ones are closer to $100. |
