Girdle after giving birth

I learned about the product on Facebook and loved the results and reviews so I went to order! Ended up ordering the wrong size or so I thought, the gal I talked to recommended I stick with the same size and recommended the dual closure instead and without her help I probably would be wearing something that doesn’t fit! Seems to fit well and apears as of it will last. I am using mine to help naturally put back a hernia. I can not sit easily while wearing it. and only wear it at home because it shows through my clothing a bit. However I might wear out when weather cools and thicker clothes can be worn. I am using this for my postporum recovery. It is easy to put on, and it really helps to tighten the belly. Before getting pregnant I was 170 lbs, and after birth I was 204 lbs. This was recommended by my midwife. It was a little tight to begin with, but within a couple days fit just fine. I bought the XL (I weighed 225 on delivery day). I found this to make the postpartum time more comfortable as I didn't experience the "empty" feeling in my midsection. I felt held together and wore this 24/7. My only complaint is the Velcro doesn't hold up well after a couple weeks of using it, but this was cheap enough that I'm not too worried about it. Ordered this girdle after the binder provided from the hospital for my c-section recovery would not get tighter to give additional support. I wear this occasionally when doing physical activities and it prevents me from putting too much strain on my core. It doesn't hide under clothing entirely however it is less noticeable than the binder I replaced. I do not find it comfortable to wear for long periods of time and it can irritate my incision, but I just wear a camisole or maternity pants under it. | Tag: compression belly band after c section

Putting the bands on and getting them in the right spot can be a bit time consuming at first but once you've done it a few times it gets a bit easier. Not the most comfortable to wear while sitting down or bending over but okay while walking around. Seems to ride up a bit if I'm moving around a lot. Not a terrible product but probably not the best out there either. Overall, I would say that I am satisfied for the most part and I feel like it will help get my tummy back into shape. |

Haven't tried it out yet, but this will help more so than the tradition wrap. |

The sizing is way small. I ordered a large and this "large" is what would sell as a small or medium in any US department store. Fortunately this product had free returns, so returning it should be simple. |
