I agree with most of the reviewers that this belt is a very good purchase considering the price and quiality. I ordered a size M and it was tight but i like I still have room to tighten up. I've been wearing it for 5 days and havealready seen a difference. The downside is it has a strong odor at first but it goes away later. And if you have a long torso, it might be a little short for you. None of those bothers me so I still gives 5 stars. I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy. I have lost 40 lbs and I ordered an XL. I feel like a large or medium would not fit that well. Perfect to wear after birth. My skin gets irritated easily when I wear any kind of belly wraps or waist trainers so I normally put it over a thin tank top so it doesn't irritate my skin. Love the fact this is a 3 piece set & it fully covers the stomach & hips. It does rise up a bit when you sit down, but that's to be expected. I do agree with others that this is bulky & not super thin so you can see it under your clothes, but I don't mind at all since I've just given birth. I have 3 kids and with all 3 I've had a cseation and I've looked for a good support and wasn't able to find one I'm about to give birth to my 4th and last kid so I wanted something good well guess who just found the perfect one!
