I really like this item its adjustable and goes as far up or as far down to hold and compress the area that needs to be retrained after and during pregnancy. not only that they are 3 separate pieces and can use it where needed most. I'm happy with this product. It's affordable and does it's job. A lot of the reviews did state to buy a bigger size. I went with an extra large. My stomach has gone down so much. I'm 5'5 and my weight at delivery was 185. After delivery I was 173 pounds. I almost went with an large but I'm glad I went with an extra large. My hips started off at off at 44 inches and is now 41 inches. Just giving details for future people trying to pick the correct size. It came in on time and it does suck the tummy in. The only problem i had was that the top part will fold over and not stay flat where the elastic semi sticky area at. over all it was okay for me because its tight at the top to wear it kind of hurts after a while. | Tag:

This support band was better than expected! I started wearing the bands 3 days postpartum, and was very happy with the fit/support; pre-pregnancy I weighed 127, and was 5' 2" and weighed 168 at the birth of my daughter. Many bands are available for women to choose from, and I was very confused as to which one I would need. I also didn't want to pay $60+ for a band strictly for my belly. This gives you 3 options for support, and to help stabilize your core as you heal. I definitely saw a decrease in my belly width every day I used the bands. Highly recommend these bands! |

Love this girdle! I have noticed a difference after wearing it for only 3 days. The 3 different straps allow you to adjust the fit. It's definitely kept my stomach sucked in after my C-section and is as comfortable as a girdle can be. |

I didn't have an issue with getting these on and they fit pretty well, but I had an issue with it constantly rolling down at the top. I usually only wear them from working out so it's not really an issue for me but if you want to use it to go out maybe choose a size bigger than normal to about it rolling down. |

Good versatility and value. Great for back support. In contrast to the small hooks this is a great convenience, but a little more orthopedic in compared to a corset. Perhaps a corset would be a little more dressy, but the three pieces really cover with extra to spare. |
