Okay I took a risk in ordering this piece , seeing as it only had 1 review :/ and I'm pleasantly surprised to find that I really love it . I'm 5"2 I am wearing this piece with a waist trainer underneath because it gave me more shape as well as helped tighten the dress around me all together. The dress is a tad too big (I got a small ) but with the waist trainer and bra underneath it fit to perfection at the top , with the laces tightly zipped . The bottom was a disappointment because the dress flares out . Because I was surprised at the quality of this item and how it fit at the top it was no biggie . I am having a friend alter the sides with her sowing machine so it fits tight from top to bottom . Works well. I never use all three pieces together. It gets a bit bulky, and digs into my skin, but I'm very tiny. Works great for spd pain postpartum. Doesn't stay in place very well though. Of course anything tight you wear is uncomfortable but that's the point of this right. It fit perfectly and loved the fact that I could use just one alone or two together. Definitely can tell with clothes unless you're wearing super loose clothes. It does it's job. Tough to wear under jeans because you can see the thigh line, but other than that...it sucks in all the extra me I wish I didn't have. These are made in China so you MUST follow their sizing chart. If you don't, it probably won't fit and then you'll complain needlessly. Because it does work, if you READ the instructions. |

Great support belt! I am writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else. I am 5'11" and size 16 and this belt fits great! I am 10 weeks post partum and I wish I had this right from the start. I have a crazy long torso, so it's been really difficult to find a good support belt that covers me as it should. Sitting down isn't the most comfortable thing but the back support is phenominal. I just received this so I'll update as the weeks go on! |

Fit me fine. I'm 5'1", 100lbs but it's kind of crazy uncomfortable. I've never wore anything like this before--I'm not fat. There's this rubber sticky lining on the top seam that's like crazy uncomfortable and sticky. I don't like it; therefore, not comfortable wearing it. I can be crouched down, peeing, and my hair can get caught up into that lining. Freaky and NOT cool. |

Too much to keep track of. I did not like this girdle the best bit I also had a c section so I had to be very picking on with things and where they touched me. |

My only complaint is it does push up the skin around the top so it looks like I have a fat roll where I don't. |
