I would have given four. Luckily it will work and no I did not expect it to be miracle it just forms things out which I like. Now I'm 5'2 and 148 and a size 10 to 12 usually. Now what was weird was the line from the tummy part connecting the boy shorts was realm low and it made the boy shorts part small. The band om top is annoying pulling it on it runs on your skin at like feeling a slight razor burn feeling. Now I wont be taking it off and on for what I need it for it works. Also the white bottom part is almost see through. Last if you have a booty which I don't have a booty its average go one size ip in my opinion if you want it to cover like boy shorts. I initially really liked this wrap, and how I am able to put it on myself, always able to adjust it as my body shrinks down after a c-section. Mine cane with two sets of instructions, which seemed to contradict each other as far as which piece to wear in the first week. I ended up wearing the wrong one to start with, but it still gave me support. I'm now wearing two pieces during the day and three pieces at night. I ordered a size MEDIUM. I am 5'1 and weighed 118 3 days post partum and this thing was tight, now at 113 -4 weeks post partum my waist is much smaller and it does get a little lose, but that's a good thing. Shipping was very fast. Item arrived before the estimated date. The product was in an open bag without the tags attached. I am assuming this means that the item was a return from a previous purchase. A little disheartening to receive an item that was not brand new yet pay the price for some thing new. The item fits a bit large. I am unsure if this is how it fits or if it was stretched before I received it. |

I have to say, I bought this with the intention of wearing it after birth for pure vanity reasons... however I don't know how I could of done without it! I feel like the back support it provides was even more worth it than for vanity. I didn't wear it until I left the hospital (2 days) and you only start with the bottom piece at first, then a week postpartum add the upper piece, etc... the fabric doesn't bother me, it's soft. I do take it off to use the restroom. I will also add on the vanity side, my stomach literally went down in a week!! So yes, it works there too. |

The ones they give in the hospital is just one giant piece of velcro that grabs and sticks to itself. The hospital ones are extremely difficult to adjust too. |

I got this to help with the "bulge" after having a C-section. My clothes just don't fit as they should and I am having some issues with buttons. I got this, thinking it would help smooth things a little. It definitely does. it is made just right where it contours where it is supposed to. I like that it is high wasted and offers coverage the whole way up. I also don't think it suffocates you like some "girdles" do. I am going to buy this in other colors as well. Love it...5 stars. |

The one I got was a size M. I use a size L and I thought it would fit because you can tighten the bands but I couldn't get it to stick to the velcro. If your going to order this get a size 1 or 2 bigger.. |
