I'm 5' 5" and 160lbs. I had bought a pair at the Mall in Large, but they were not comfortable, so returned them without being able to get a larger size. Then I came here to buy a size up to XL and this works perfectly. Very comfortable and smoothing. The pads in the cups move all over when using the nursing bra. Order smaller size than you think you would want (so if you run a smaller 32/34 depending on brand of bra go with smaller for this brand so a Small as 34 is a Med) The medium I ordered I had to hook and the smallest setting and after the first wear the bras are too big to use in rib cage. I have to say, I bought this with the intention of wearing it after birth for pure vanity reasons... however I don't know how I could of done without it! I feel like the back support it provides was even more worth it than for vanity. I didn't wear it until I left the hospital (2 days) and you only start with the bottom piece at first, then a week postpartum add the upper piece, etc... the fabric doesn't bother me, it's soft. I do take it off to use the restroom. I will also add on the vanity side, my stomach literally went down in a week!! This product is actually 3 different belts to be worn in different weeks post partum. I had no concerns about Belt 1 which was for week 1. I added on the 2nd belt and found that the cloth had actually split after about a week of wearing it. The one I got was a size M. I use a size L and I thought it would fit because you can tighten the bands but I couldn't get it to stick to the velcro. If your going to order this get a size 1 or 2 bigger.. |

Fits as I expected which is snug. This is what it is supposed to do. Order size larger than normal for better fit and comfort. I especially like the boy legs. |

Fits well and helps with the recovery (at least for a vaginal delivery). I rated 4 stars since I don't think is wide enough since when I use it it goes up during the day and does not stays as it should be (as shown in the image). Other than that fabric is ok and it provides good support |
