I used this right after I had my child. I felt like all my insides were falling out and had to be held in. This helped me heal a lot faster than without. I love this product. It offers firm compression or limited compression depending on your comfort level. There are three pieces so it's customizable to your size and comfort. They have the large velcrow strap to hold it in place and smaller velcrow straps you can use to shape your body. This thing is much MUCH better than the BellyBandit at a fraction of the cost. With the double layer at the waist, achieving true compression is actually do-able, not to mention, it conforms to the curves of the waistt which helps achieve the actual goal of re-creating a waist. The BB is simply too stiff and difficult to get even compression thoughout. I havent yet added the hip belt as Im still having a lot if symphasis pubis dysfunction pain 5 days post-partum. |

Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. Huge help for being on low sleep and being around to manage a newborn. |

I ordered this Girdle Corset to flatten my lower stomach area for a wedding I was in 2 weeks after giving birth. I ordered a small, (I am a size 2 jeans) and the corset was too small for my waist. The corset did its job in flattening my stomach with forming an hourglass look. The girdle was tight and a bit uncomfortable but I think thats natural for its purpose. |

This shapewear is FIRM in all the expected places. Didn't roll down the belly. Was RELATIVELY comfortable... and by that I mean shapewear is by definition going to shape you so it may take a minute to breath!! LOL |
