I agree with most of the reviewers that this belt is a very good purchase considering the price and quiality. I ordered a size M and it was tight but i like I still have room to tighten up. I've been wearing it for 5 days and havealready seen a difference. The downside is it has a strong odor at first but it goes away later. And if you have a long torso, it might be a little short for you. None of those bothers me so I still gives 5 stars. Couldn't figure out what belt goes where - no labels!!! Couldn't even match from the photo/drawing. I returned it. It also seemed like it would squeeze me too much, even the plus size. I'll keep looking for a better set. I just recieved it and started using it. So far I like it due to the easy adjustment of tightness to your liking. The material is good, sturdy, yet flexible. I put in my pre-pregnancy measurements +2" because I just gave birth 5 days before my order and I gained 50+ lbs in pregnancy. This was WAY too big. I'm still 25lbs heavier, so I'm confused as to how this could possibly run small or even the correct size for anyone. Now I can't even see which size I ordered because the size isn't appearing in my order history. I'm going to reorder with a small or extra small- maybe I ordered a medium? I think it could be a good product if it fit right. Maybe it's because I'm putting in my jean waist size which is lower on my body, so if you're going to order- I'd recommend using a string and wrapping really tight in the smallest part of the waist. It fits great and does not make me sweat too much. It helped my abdomin feel better right after I had my son. I was able to do a regular sit up to gt out of bed, the nurses were really surprised I could do that so soon after giving birth.I the best best postnatal support belt |

Other than that I gave it 4 stars because the belts have given me some results. Along with a healthy diet and exercise I can see my waist and stomach getting back down to size. Also because I believe my concerns to be personal issues and not something really wrong with the belt. |

I have to say, I bought this with the intention of wearing it after birth for pure vanity reasons... however I don't know how I could of done without it! I feel like the back support it provides was even more worth it than for vanity. I didn't wear it until I left the hospital (2 days) and you only start with the bottom piece at first, then a week postpartum add the upper piece, etc... the fabric doesn't bother me, it's soft. I do take it off to use the restroom. I will also add on the vanity side, my stomach literally went down in a week!! So yes, it works there too. |
