I like that this postpartum belt set cinches your waist and hips, but you can control how much. It is much more flexible and comfortable than other corsets and shape wear that I own. I love the three different pieces depending on how much support you want each day. I'm 5'7" around 140 lbs pre-pregnancy and this fits perfectly. It is noticeable under tight clothing but I have found that if I wear layers of a couple tank tops or belly bands it minimizes he appearance of it. I'm 5'4 pre pregnancy weighed 125 lbs and was 170 lbs at the very end of pregnancy and delivered C-section. Also my belly seems to stick out much further than normal during pregnancy, this could be why the back spines bent out of place so quickly. This product worked fabulously.....for exactly one week to the day. After a week the velcro would no longer hold and it popped open with every move I made. :( Very disappointed in the longevity of the product. Something that is needed for 6 to 8 weeks should be built to last at LEAST half that time, you would think. This 3 in 1 postpartum support belt is great for after c section. But it's hard to use it for more than 3 hours. The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". Giving it high rating because it's very well made and the velcro lasts long and is of high quality. But it's not very comfortable. |

Fits wonderfully well. I used to wear M (2-4) before I got pregnant. Postpartum, throughout week 1 I had to wear XL or L. This belt was a god-send. I'm at week 3 postpartum and can wear most of my old clothes with this belt compressing my tummy. |
