I agree with most of the reviewers that this belt is a very good purchase considering the price and quiality. I ordered a size M and it was tight but i like I still have room to tighten up. I've been wearing it for 5 days and havealready seen a difference. The downside is it has a strong odor at first but it goes away later. And if you have a long torso, it might be a little short for you. None of those bothers me so I still gives 5 stars. This works perfectly to keep my tummy in place postpartum. I like how there are different layers to put ontop of each other depending on how far I am postpartum. It is quick durable to keep me upright and have my tummy tucked in while at the same time flexible enough to bend over if needed. Sometimes i even forget i'm even wearing it. I felt like it was a waist trainer in the end and I think I saw a difference. Awesome just wish it was longer. I'm 5'8 and had an issue with the belt not covering the top of my stomach. It worked for the pain I was having after my c section, but to wear as a waist trainer, I wouldn't suggest if you were my height or so. |

I really wish they had different sizes in these, because I could barely get two of the pieces on. The third piece that goes around the hips wasn't even close to fitting, but I have large hips. It's also kind of itchy, especially if you sweat at all while wearing it. |

It was smaller than I expected but I am still able to use all of the pieces around my waist which is where I need It the most. It is very supportive and makes me look very svelte under my clothes. |
