Since this is adjustable, it fit fine and I was able to adjust it. My issue is that it fell apart after a month. The boning in the back came out and it started riding up to the middle of my belly. I like how you can make this as tight as you want but it's bulky and not nearly long enough. I'm 5'8" and when I wear this my post-pregnancy belly either pouches out the top or the bottom depending on how high or low I wear it. I bought this item to help with my posture and my back pain. So far so good. I haven't had it for long, but it fits well and is very comfortable. It's not very practical to wear under clothes to go anywhere, but it is good for wearing at home to hold the tummy in and help support the back. Although I am not using it for it's designed purpose, I believe it will serve it's purpose for postpartum support and be comfortable. I am a size 8-10 with a 30 inch waist.
