I believe it was a X large I bought worked great after I gave birth for the first 3 to 4 months. After that I had lost quite bit of my pregnancy weight and it didn't fit the same after that. Some of the boning popped through I was a little annoyed but then again I was wearing this thing to sleep and had it on all the time during that time. I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy. I have lost 40 lbs and I ordered an XL. I feel like a large or medium would not fit that well. Or it could be because I do not want to wear something so tight after a c-section. Either way, be cautious of sizing. Very happy with this and I haven't even got to use all of it yet. I was worried about the fit as I'm about 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. But it seems as if it will be stretchy enough. I like the 3 separate pieces, and have been using the smaller 'hip' band as a pregnancy belly support. The material doesn't seem scratchy or hard, I think it will work perfect! |

Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should. My only complaint is the lack of instructions, they weren't detailed enough and maybe something to identify which belt is which. Now if I could just get rid of that l |
