Bought this product to be prepared for the days after my baby delivery. Heard from my friend it's also very helpful to hold the belly tight to reduce the pain if I have to go through C-section recovery. I love this product! Having three pieces really allows you to customize the placement exactly where and how you need it. Feels secure and hugs my body very comfortably. The only negative is that it's SO supportive that I can't sit and nurse with it on, I feel too restricted. Otherwise sitting with it on is no issue, just somehow the nursing position for me doesn't work. Overall it's a great item and I'm already spreading the word to the new moms I know. I can't speak to the results you get from it yet, but so far I like it! Oh and it doesn't look like a big mess under my clothes. I absolutely love this. I gave birth a week ago and my belly is almost back to normal. I have only been using the first belt so far. I did use the second belt for about two days. I have not used the last belt for your hips yet. But so far this has worked for me. I did have a small bump to begin with. I can already fit into my old clothes. I was hesitant about buying this belt bc it seemed too good to be true based on the price. The belt came as pictured and has been an absolute game changer in my c section recovery.
