I haven't used this much because I'm slightly uncomfortable in it and could only see myself wearing it at home while up and doing stuff, definitely not while sitting down. The fit was fine. I'm 5'7 (medium frame) and gained additional 30lbs during pregnancy. The attire comes as three separate pieces which makes it a bit of work to put on. Nothing is labeled so you don't know which goes on first. If you are going to go from standing to sitting frequently, bands move and you have to readjust after sitting. Purchased this not knowing what to expect as I hadn't used or even seen a postpartum belt before. I ended up loving it! While the three pieces seem a little strange, it is nice to have it go all the way up the torso, as some belts only wrap the stomach area. At 180 pounds right before delivery, the belt only barely fit around me the next day after delivery (not sure what my weight was then). This was delivered to me on the said date. The belt is made of very good material, velcro snaps were good too. I wear a size 10-12 pre-pregnancy and gained 30 lbs. during pregnancy. I am 2 weeks post partum and able to wear it while standing up but uncomfortable when seating I might need to lose more weight. The hip belt is way too small.
