Pre-pregnancy I wore a size 4-6 top and 6-8 bottom- I ordered the medium and it fit as expected. It was slightly difficult to get done up the first few times (seemed small but fit when pulled) but I quickly got the hang of it. I had a cesarian so the compression felt nice. I honestly didn't wear this as much as I wanted to. It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful. I ordered this Girdle Corset to flatten my lower stomach area for a wedding I was in 2 weeks after giving birth. I ordered a small, (I am a size 2 jeans) and the corset was too small for my waist. The corset did its job in flattening my stomach with forming an hourglass look. It's not made for tall women. I am 6' and the girdle was way too short for my long torso, creating lumps rather than a smooth figure. I returned it. |

I love this product because it is very well made, sturdy, and the materials are high quality. I bought it to support my tummy after having an abdominal hysterectomy. It is fabulous for that! I have an incision like a c-section. I only wish I had ordered it sooner. I've only used it for 2 days, but like it so much more than what I was using. I think it would have helped the healing process |

I wouldn't want new moms to overuse this girdle, I would suggest only wearing it during the day or whenever it best helps. It's a good idea to let your tummy and incision breathe a bit or to at least loosen it a lot while sleeping. And consult your doctor about how you should safely use a girdle if you're experiencing a lot of incision pain. |

I have tried other belly bands and they are to uncomfortable to wear. Then I tried this postpartum belt and I really like it! I can actually wear it more then an hour without discomfort! |

After a month and half of using it..the elasticity came loose...not good it already bulges and not holds intact. |
