Dont buy it. Apparently i have an extra long torso because it does not cover my whole midsection as pictured. I bought it in the size i "needed" and it was small but fits okay now. I initially really liked this wrap, and how I am able to put it on myself, always able to adjust it as my body shrinks down after a c-section. Mine cane with two sets of instructions, which seemed to contradict each other as far as which piece to wear in the first week. I ended up wearing the wrong one to start with, but it still gave me support. I'm now wearing two pieces during the day and three pieces at night. Delivery was very fast. As soon as I tried It on I knew it was great. Great fit and support, I am 5.2 125 lbs and I purchased a medium which was perfect. You cannot hide it under clothes but that didn't bother me. I needed it for an upcoming surgery and it works great. Gives me the support I need on my abdomen and then I can fasten the 2 strips to support my back. I really love this belt. Wow! Talk about bang for you buck! This product is totally worth it! I got a very cheap waist wrapper at the hospital postpartum and wanted something better quality so decided to look on here. Soooooooo glad I found this and WOW! Talk about the price! There are three layers to this but it really does it's purpose. You just have to follow the instructions. I plan on breast feeding for at least 6 months so can't wear this right now, but I did tried wearing it for the fist week that I got it and I loved it. As it is a cheap one it will stretch out. You can tighten it though. I just thought the elastic wouldn't of gotten all stretchy and wavy to quick. Either way this works. I have not had a kid but it helps with reshaping while losing weight. Also, I have a hard time knowing when I'm "full" and often eat till I'm stuffed. Wearing this I can feel it tightening and I know I can stop and have more food later. I don't wear the third part so low on my hips. You can wrap this really tightly around your belly, which can feel nice in so far as feeling less jiggly while your muscles tighten. I found that overtime, above or below where the velcro attaches, it became looser and didn't hold as well, but I had the same problem with the Shrinx one too. |

This item rolls quite a bit and does not retain its shape. It is better than some other, similar products but it is not great. I place the larger portion as close to the pelvis as possible, and I place the pelvic piece at the top. This helps somewhat with the rolling and bunching. |
but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Fit as expected. Very comfortable. Material is light weight and breathable. I feel the quality is, good material seems to be really durable. Could only wear it for about an hour or so 2 days after csection. I feel its doing the job belly is shrinking down pretty quickly. Love that its adjustable; can get it to fit really tight and provides awesome back support. Also very affordable so far i feel the velcro wont be an issue but because of the price i can always buy another one without a problem!! |
