The girdle came on time and was packaged well. The material is good quality and it fit well. I really bought mine to help with back pain after undergoing a surgery and it worked so far. I wife just had a baby a month ago at home, so I had to buy my brace. This is the second brace I've tried and this is so good. I could wear it all day and I have also slept with it a few times. The two bands seen on either side in the middle can be adjusted to give an even firmer fit. Make sure you get the right size for you and it will do it's job well. I put in my pre-pregnancy measurements +2" because I just gave birth 5 days before my order and I gained 50+ lbs in pregnancy. This was WAY too big. I'm still 25lbs heavier, so I'm confused as to how this could possibly run small or even the correct size for anyone. Now I can't even see which size I ordered because the size isn't appearing in my order history. I'm going to reorder with a small or extra small- maybe I ordered a medium? I think it could be a good product if it fit right. Maybe it's because I'm putting in my jean waist size which is lower on my body, so if you're going to order- I'd recommend using a string and wrapping really tight in the smallest part of the waist. Was as expected. The third, low hip,piece rides up when I sit down but I expected this too. It defiantly helped after giving birth to feel like my insides were more contained and thus increasing comfort. Wow! Talk about bang for you buck! This product is totally worth it! I got a very cheap waist wrapper at the hospital postpartum and wanted something better quality so decided to look on here. Soooooooo glad I found this and WOW! Talk about the price! There are three layers to this but it really does it's purpose. You just have to follow the instructions. I plan on breast feeding for at least 6 months so can't wear this right now, but I did tried wearing it for the fist week that I got it and I loved it. This product is better suited for standing up because it does bunch a little at the bottom when sitting down, that's why I plan on wearing this when I go back to work. |

I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes. I would not wear this under a tight fitting shirt. I would definitely recommend this. |

I gained 60lbs during my pregnancy. I have lost 40 lbs and I ordered an XL. I feel like a large or medium would not fit that well. Or it could be because I do not want to wear something so tight after a c-section. Either way, be cautious of sizing. I am happy with the product and believe it will last. |

EDIT: after 3 weeks postpartum this fit perfectly! (135lbs at 5ft 5) I went back to work just 3 weeks after my csection and was back in the gym |

All is all, it's tight to keep your "stuff" in. but you'll have to wear loose clothing because it shows the band when you wear tight clothes. I think this is more for waist clincher than a belly band. but i think this is one of the better belly bands out there to help you tighten the belly. I've tried other ones, they're just too soft to keep my belly in. I have a really bad diastasis recti and this keeps it "in" temporarily. This is stiff enough with boning on the back and mesh at the back to make it breathable. Wore it in mid 70's weather still managable. One thing i wish that this is longer and covers more area of my torso so there's not "extra" skin hanging like a muffin top. I'm usually size xs and s, ordered small, it's good. |
