With recent tummy tuck I was provided a binder at the hospital, but I felt I needed more support. The hospital binder rolled up & difficult to get a secure fit. Very happy with this and I haven't even got to use all of it yet. I was worried about the fit as I'm about 200lbs at 9 months pregnant. But it seems as if it will be stretchy enough. I like the 3 separate pieces, and have been using the smaller 'hip' band as a pregnancy belly support. I am fairly long waisted but found the comments about it being a bit long have some merit. As do the comments about it being bulky under clothes. I am 5'3, 205 lbs after birth. The postpartum support assisted a lot after giving birth, and assisted with cramping. The section for the pelvis, does not stay in place for me, even though I'm not being active. Throughout the day, there may be some adjusting to get it comfortable again. The ridges leave indentations on the skin, so I put a tank top underneath, that's my personal preference. Fits wonderfully well. I used to wear M (2-4) before I got pregnant. Postpartum, throughout week 1 I had to wear XL or L. This belt was a god-send. I'm at week 3 postpartum and can wear most of my old clothes with this belt compressing my tummy. |

This belt says 3 in 1... but it's really 3 in 3... there are three separate parts to this belt. Good luck figuring out how to accurately put them on. I'm assuming I'm doing a good enough job, but I basically have no idea what I'm doing with this thing. My tried this yesterday and she really loves it. She's about to give birth in 5 weeks so the piece that she's using is only the waist/back support. She likes the feel of it and it's very comfortable. It helps with her posture and has support on her back. She's a dentist and sits up all day and so far it helps a little bit. |

Ordered this girdle after the binder provided from the hospital for my c-section recovery would not get tighter to give additional support. I wear this occasionally when doing physical activities and it prevents me from putting too much strain on my core. It doesn't hide under clothing entirely however it is less noticeable than the binder I replaced. I do not find it comfortable to wear for long periods of time and it can irritate my incision, but I just wear a camisole or maternity pants under it. |
