This feels good so long as I'm standing but I think I'm just a hare too tall. I'm almost 5'9 and i love the back support I feel wearing it in stage 2, but it feels like it runs a touch short on me. The design itself suppose to give you the posture and the belly retraction as you need, but because the material is very, very, very bad quality, it get loose at the first 3 weeks of using. I am 4 months post partum, I have been having back and abdominal pain off and on for the past 2 months despite physical therapy. I bought this in desperation and so glad I did.
