I ordered a size bigger than I would normally wear and it was perfect. I didn't wear it too often but when I did wear it it seemed to help with and swelling. If you follow the sizing guide it fits correctly. I already need to go down a size though so this may not be the best purchase if you want to wear it several months and don't want to buy multiple sizes. Also the item does not come with any directions so you are on your own figuring out how to put it on. You can see it under tight clothing but works well to make your tummy look flat. I have a long torso and would like the item to be longer and cover more of my torso. The first time I used it, I wanted to wrap it as tightly as I could to make me look thinner, but that wasn't a good idea. Throughout the day it rolled up, and I kept having to adjust it. Even when I adjusted it so it wasn't too tight, it still kept riding up throughout the day, but it didn't bother me too much. Every time I used to bathroom, I just readjusted it. This product worked well. Unfortunately I had a C section and had to wait a while before using it. If I used it every day it would have definitely made my tummy smaller but it bothered my scar a little bit. I did notice a big difference the first week or two that I actually followed instructions and wore it every day for the suggested amount of hours. I was just lazy about wearing it. I might try wearing it again now that I'm healed. Overall, very satisfied. Great product for a great price! Came in a cute little bag and had instructions for how to use it, even for a c section. |

I haven't used it really much as I tried and thought I would do it. The problem was too much stuff around that I felt so hot on it and was too itchy, it says to uses it over a top , I tried both ways and still feels so itchy, didn't get to used |

Purchased this not knowing what to expect as I hadn't used or even seen a postpartum belt before. I ended up loving it! While the three pieces seem a little strange, it is nice to have it go all the way up the torso, as some belts only wrap the stomach area. At 180 pounds right before delivery, the belt only barely fit around me the next day after delivery (not sure what my weight was then). If you plan on using this for slimming purposes be aware the Velcro ends can be seen under clothing. |
