Great support belt! I am writing this review in hopes that it will help someone else. I am 5'11" and size 16 and this belt fits great! I am 10 weeks post partum and I wish I had this right from the start. I have a crazy long torso, so it's been really difficult to find a good support belt that covers me as it should. I haven't used it really much as I tried and thought I would do it. The problem was too much stuff around that I felt so hot on it and was too itchy, it says to uses it over a top , I tried both ways and still feels so itchy, didn't get to used | Tag: postpartum hip support belt

I bought this for postpartum support to help get my shape back and get rid of the mommy pooch. I was a size 16-18 postpartum and I couldn't get it to even come close to closing and even if I had the Velcro would've snapped open. If you're starting out wearing this being about a size 10 it would be really effective but it is not good for us thicker girls. |

The pads in the cups move all over when using the nursing bra. Order smaller size than you think you would want (so if you run a smaller 32/34 depending on brand of bra go with smaller for this brand so a Small as 34 is a Med) The medium I ordered I had to hook and the smallest setting and after the first wear the bras are too big to use in rib cage. Cup size is great and comfy bra overall. Downside is overly stretchy material, cup pads move around and need adj every use. |

Love this! It gets the job done, I wear all three pieces together or separate, depending on what I need. Perfect. |
