I'm fully sure on this product, but it seems to do its job. I have a small waist under my breast area so the bottom section fits a little lose, but the other two are fine. The bottom one sometime tries to roll a bit, but I may need some getting used to it. I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes.
