I was hesitant about buying this belt bc it seemed too good to be true based on the price. The belt came as pictured and has been an absolute game changer in my c section recovery. Sure, it streamlines your torso, but it also won't stay up at all in the back and the sides and front roll down if you so much as tilt your body slightly. The product was a nice quality, but it certainly runs a little small and does not stretch much. I wear a size L or XL in leggings and bought the shapewear in a size large, as I did want a slightly smaller/tighter fit as an alternative to an abdominal compressor. I couldn't even get these past my hips. I gave them to my mom who wears a small or medium in leggings and she also had a little trouble getting them past her hips. These were actually the first in a long like of shapewear that smoothed things out in a way that I liked. I have some belly fat, and it hangs due to a c-section, so normally shapewear just pulls it all up in the middle and I lose my hourglass shape. This kept that while making my stomach look smaller from the side. And they weren't too uncomfortable either! |

I wore this after a c-section for the first few outings. I started wearing it 3 days after surgery. Compared to my other c-sections, I could really tell a difference while wearing this. It provided amazing support. It didn't hurt as much going over bumps in the road, railroad tracks, etc. It also helped me get up and down easier and helped me not feel like my insides were falling out. I did not wear this to "loose my tummy", I simply wanted the extra support. It is 3 pieces and takes a little bit to get on. It fastens with velcro so it would fit many different shapes and sizes. I would not wear this under a tight fitting shirt. I would definitely recommend this. |

What I don't like: no convenience crotch for easy bathroom use. The horizontal seal across the top of the butt is not seamless when looking at clothes, so unless you're going to wear a shirt at about that level (which is pretty much where many shirts stop), I would look for another slimmer. It basically looks like you're wearing a thong waistband across your butt since that's the only line it makes... |

This item has a lot of elasticity. After wearing this, I am able to wear clothes that I normally can't. Hopefully after wearing this for a long time I will become skinny. |

I love these because they are not too tight but are definitely tight if that makes sense. They are comfortable and make a difference. The leg part does not leave a visible line either. Love this product. Buying one more each of black and nude. |
