Well, I liked it - I'm between 8 and 10 | Tag: c section postpartum girdle
but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

I ended up sending this item back. I bought it for a dress and didn't feel that it made any difference except for giving me back fat. I measured myself and read the reviews. I would have been a medium but everyone said to order a size up so I did and got a large. I felt like the first time I put them on they were a little hard to get on but once I took them off and tried again they went on with ease. MUST-HAVE after childbirth!!!!! These pushed my tummy UP and IN which has made a huge difference in preventing "mommy pouch" - other corsets and tummy binders will only push inward but the lower part of your tummy is pushed downward after wearing for a while--- training your skin and fat to move and hang south... NO, NO, that won't do. I bought these in 2x, XL, and L to start with. I have progressively been moving down IT size - making sure they are always very snug. Please do your body a favor and get these! (FYI- do not dry them in the dryer) |

This item was entirely too small. I can fit into a large, but something told me to order it a size larger, and it still ended up being tight. In the end, the item does fit me, but it's not worth the chore of pulling and shimmying into it when I expected easy on, and easy off! But I will give this product this: the material it was made up of was very soft and supple and really smooth. Now all that's needed for this product to be more successful is to get the sizing down to a science, and it would be a phenomenal product.I the best after birth stomach wrap belt |
