Fits most small to medium sized people. Amazing price especially considering that you're actually getting 3 binders. I only need to use 2 of them because I have a short torso. I bought this to wear after my c-section 3 weeks ago and it feels so good on. Very supportive and I swear it's made my abdomen less saggy after one day. It is a little awkward to sit in if you're wearing the brace very low as I do to support my pelvis and incision, but that's to be expected. You can't have really good support and a lot of flexible at once. I bought a c-panty and a higher waisted version and had to return both due to poor fit and lack of support. the Size L is too large for me, in spite of the fact that i'm wearing Size L on regular basis. Besides, the fabric is too thin, so nor actual back support neither the actual belly squeeze. I have to return it. I am 5'7 200lbs and I ordered the size 10-12. I must say this shaper is awesome. I have a small waist 29' for my size so I wanted it a little tighter so I went a size down (8-10). So I was very skeptical after reading some of the reviews. I ordered it anyway. Delivery was on time. I was hoping against hope that the reviews were wrong. I ripped into the package, inspected it for defects and found everything in tact. Then the moment of truth. I ordered 2 sizes up (grateful that I did), struggled a bit to get my rolls in place. Finally got it on and I couldn't believe what I saw in the mirror. Boobs went up, butt went up and the body I had years ago suddenly emerged and I was standing up straight. Thank you so much. I'm happy with this product. It's affordable and does it's job. A lot of the reviews did state to buy a bigger size. I went with an extra large. My stomach has gone down so much. I'm 5'5 and my weight at delivery was 185. After delivery I was 173 pounds. I almost went with an large but I'm glad I went with an extra large. My hips started off at off at 44 inches and is now 41 inches. Just giving details for future people trying to pick the correct size. The first time I wore it, it was great. It is very hard to hook together, in fact I couldn't wear it again, because every time I got half way hooked up, the one underneath would unhook as I tried to hook the next one... It's a pain to put on and if anyone has an idea how to do it without it coming unhooked during process, please let me know... until then, it remains in the drawer. |

Works well, only con is if you're curvy, the shorts cut off right where it needs to be extended. Don't wear anything form-fitting on your rear, or it'll be horrifyingly obvious, and your thighs will be bigger than your bottom! |

UPDATE... Literally. It almost feels like it constricting air flow. I wore this to work a few days after i bought it and I literally had to take it off after about two hours after... The band was tight and felt like a waist trainer gone wrong I work and sit alot and thought it would not be an issue but i was so uncomfortable that i wore it just that day and didn't put it back on and that was from april 21st. I may have bought too small a size but I bought a legging sold from amazon in a small and that fit extremely well. Should i have bought a medium? I don't know... But be careful when buying this... It smoothes out the areas but it may just be too uncomfortable. I may buy another one in a medium and see how that works out. |

It does what it says, as long as your not that big of a size (wide). Its a little too small for me. I would expect it would be meant more for skinny women with a little bit of tummy. |
