Runs super small, unlike other products in this brand which I have found to be pretty true to size. I'm actually waiting to lose a few pounds before I start wearing this, because right now the top cuts into my waist too much, causing it to roll down and give an unsightly bulge under tighter clothing. I think a bigger size, though, would not compress my stomach enough to make much of a difference. I got the large and I'm right at a size 12 (5'4/160) if that helps. |

I was just reading some reviews before posting this and some saying they run small, I can confirm that this is true. I always wear an xtra small but they did not have an xtra small so I ordered the small and they fit me perfectly. So, ladies, heads up on ordering a size up. :) |

Ordered a size up and still way to tight. Top rolls down and the leg holes roll up when you put on pants. Also it doesn't really do anything but smooth out any crazy body lines and take away your figure. |

This is a great postpartum waist band. However, it is very bulky and hard to bend or sit. Unfortunately I could not wear this out because my body just looked so unnatural, it was obvious I was wearing a lot of something under my loose cloths. This was nice to wear around the house and does help to suck back in everything after child birth. |

Love this especially the pelvis belt... I had pelvis issues while pregnant and this helped me postpartum... I wore it at day 4 pp. Slowly work up to wearing for a period of time because if wore too long it made me bleed a bit heavier then normal. I wore this up walking and sitting down... Just not to bed. I would have given four. Luckily it will work and no I did not expect it to be miracle it just forms things out which I like. Now I'm 5'2 and 148 and a size 10 to 12 usually. Now what was weird was the line from the tummy part connecting the boy shorts was realm low and it made the boy shorts part small. The band om top is annoying pulling it on it runs on your skin at like feeling a slight razor burn feeling. Now I wont be taking it off and on for what I need it for it works. Also the white bottom part is almost see through. Last if you have a booty which I don't have a booty its average go one size ip in my opinion if you want it to cover like boy shorts. Unless you prefer the super showy style boy shorts. |
