I received this today and I really like it, I'm 150lbs and curvy at the moment and I also have diastasis recti- ab separation after two kids. (2 months postpartum after baby #2 right now) I ordered a LARGE and I must admit it's somewhat smaller than I was expecting; but an xl might not have done as much flattening as this. It's A little struggle pulling over thighs and legs but after wearing it for about 30 minutes now It's really starting to feel comfortable! I figured it might need some time to adjust to my body, and now it feels great. Great for over all smoothing and especially helps with those pesky rolls when sitting. I purchased the small in black. Although the actual quality of the shape wear is excellent, It is a well made garment. There was no indication that I was wearing any kind of shape wear in slacks. Sometimes they can make your butt look like a diaper butt, but this one was good I was truly disappointed though, that by halfway through my work day, it was extremely uncomfortable. I had to take them off!! Wish I had exchanged them, but missed the deadline, unfortunately had a family emergency. The one I got was a size M. I use a size L and I thought it would fit because you can tighten the bands but I couldn't get it to stick to the velcro. If your going to order this get a size 1 or 2 bigger.. |

These are great. I wear them everyday. I purchased the black and nude colors. They fit just as expected and do stay up. They don't roll down at all. I have had them for at least 3 months now and the rubber at the top is still good and stays even after washing. I do not dry them though. They are also perfect for shorts. |

What I don't like: no convenience crotch for easy bathroom use. The horizontal seal across the top of the butt is not seamless when looking at clothes, so unless you're going to wear a shirt at about that level (which is pretty much where many shirts stop), I would look for another slimmer. It basically looks like you're wearing a thong waistband across your butt since that's the only line it makes... |

My neighbor recently gave a birth, and I will give her a gift to congratulate her. so I bought this belt. I think she will need it. |
