I wouldn't want new moms to overuse this girdle, I would suggest only wearing it during the day or whenever it best helps. It's a good idea to let your tummy and incision breathe a bit or to at least loosen it a lot while sleeping. This was a good product but it just didn't work for me. After wearing it for a couple hours I experienced major back aches and couldn't wear this. I emailed the seller in order to return it and they turned around and credited me no questions asked moreover they didn't make me return it!! After having my second child it was difficult losing the baby weight. I've tried several different shapers and none of them seemed to hold like I would like for them to. Since I have purchased this one it is the only one that I wear now. It is very comfortable and does a great job in holding it all in. At the top there is a lining on the inside that holds it up. After several washes it still fits like a glove every time I wear. Another plus to this one is that it does not show the line or indentation of the shorts/underwear under your clothes. This definitely is sized very small (yes I know shapewear is supposed to be ) I'm a size 12 and 5 foot 5 inches, and ordered 16 based on comments....and couldn't wear this without it cutting in wicked baf. Also is very thin poor quality. |

It works, the only issue I have is the seam across the back, if you're wearing something form fitting that's a solid color you may see it. Otherwise, it keeps the jiggling at bay. |

This item was entirely too small. I can fit into a large, but something told me to order it a size larger, and it still ended up being tight. In the end, the item does fit me, but it's not worth the chore of pulling and shimmying into it when I expected easy on, and easy off! But I will give this product this: the material it was made up of was very soft and supple and really smooth. Now all that's needed for this product to be more successful is to get the sizing down to a science, and it would be a phenomenal product. |

I ordered and small, and it was not tapered in where my belly was. I am pretty upset that I can breath very easily. My belly is not shaped. I was hoping for something to keep it all in, and this didn't do it. For the cost it's okay. I wish I had paid more money and gotten a better product |

My tried this yesterday and she really loves it. She's about to give birth in 5 weeks so the piece that she's using is only the waist/back support. She likes the feel of it and it's very comfortable. It helps with her posture and has support on her back. She's a dentist and sits up all day and so far it helps a little bit. |

I'm 5' 5" and 160lbs. I had bought a pair at the Mall in Large, but they were not comfortable, so returned them without being able to get a larger size. Then I came here to buy a size up to XL and this works perfectly. Very comfortable and smoothing. If you want to give this a try, I suggest looking at the chart, but buying a size up. |

I wanted to love this product. I fell into the size range that the item specified, however, it is completely inaccurate. I felt like the Michelin Man after I squeezed into. Slightly small for me. I would say I'm a large/x large but I took my chances buying it. It rides up, I have to constantly take it on & off to fix it. I don't use it cause that fact. I'm sure it would be great if I was actually the size for it. |

Im 5'6" 134 pounds and have a round bottom and these fit perfectly. The top of it reached to the bottom of my bra. The only thing I dont like is that the top has a gel like plastic ( to help it stay in place) and its on a fold thats not sewn down so it will fold up and need to be put to rights occasionally. |
