A must have especially for the price! I wouldn't have been able to get around those first few weeks without them. Helped sooo much with the incision of a csection and the back pain. Wear a tank or shirt underneath it bc if can pinch your skin. Be sure to put them on in the correct order. Three peices total. First piece will be the one with only one large Velcro in the front. The other two have peices have the large Velcro in the front plus two addition side straps with Velcro for extra support. The second peice will be the larger with the side straps. The last piece will be the smallest with side straps. All three can be layered on top of each other. It's a learning curve to put on at first. Lean your back against a wall when putting each peice on to help support yourself and get a snug Velcro. I reviewed this as "somewhat small" because I would think that I'm a medium, but by the measurements I ordered a large and it's perfect. And the legs don't make a giant line and pudge where they end and they don't stick out from under reasonably short skirts like other ones do. This definitely is sized very small (yes I know shapewear is supposed to be ) I'm a size 12 and 5 foot 5 inches, and ordered 16 based on comments....and couldn't wear this without it cutting in wicked baf. Also is very thin poor quality. |

I ordered both my regular size as I thought from the sizing chart (L) as well as a size up since many comments encouraged ordering a size up. I'm normally a 10 or 12 in pants and it fit as expected. I would not order a size up if you are sure of your measurements, but with Amazon Prime it sure doesn't hurt to order both knowing you can easily return for free. I needed these for an event, having never had to wear such a garment before, so I couldn't not have something. |

Site stated that one size fits all, but it doesn't. It barely fits me and when I do wear it, it's pretty tight and I can only wear it for a little while. I wish that it was a little bit bigger. I didn't have an issue with getting these on and they fit pretty well, but I had an issue with it constantly rolling down at the top. I usually only wear them from working out so it's not really an issue for me but if you want to use it to go out maybe choose a size bigger than normal to about it rolling down. |

the product was ok but the only thing I don't like about it is the rubber strip that I suppose to keep the shapewear up, it comes right under my boobs and it isn't comfortable. it bothered me to walk, sit, stand or anything. and it really didn't hold anything in for me. |

Bought a large thinking it would be plenty big enough. I was 180 lbs right before giving birth and 2 days afterwards this would not fit. Must be an "Asian" large since it had Chinese lettering on the tag. |

It was definitely too small around the elastic part on top. The fabric was nothing special, therefore it didn't really tighten anything up around the tummy. If you're wanting to use these as spandex types to pull you in, this is not a good purchase. The "spandex" was too flexible and didn't "hold" anything tight. Too tight around legs and top of waist net bra line and not tight enough around tummy. |

I wasn't sur between 3 or 4 star. It's exactly what they promise you, the size is great, help stand straight, but very uncomfortable. |

Highly recommend this this postpartum. I was incredibly stressed out about my 2 week postpartum belly, distended after having twins. I wore the top two pieces (never used the hip one) 24 hours a day for almost a week and dropped 2 inches from my stomach. I continued to wear it nightly for another week and lost another inch. After awhile I just started wearing it on the night before I needed my belly to look flatter. Once I was down to a 29ish inch waist the product was too loose to be helpful, and frankly the Velcro was worn and wouldn't hold well. For the price, it is totally worthwhile for use for the first month or two. |

The legs want tp roll up which i don't like. Im not a large person by any means, but my rump is rounded and this was a job to get on. Even though i bought an extra large. Although the very top is loose around my ribs. Still works for its purpose. |

The part on the thighs just roll up and won't stay down so I can't really wear this with what I wanted it for . I have some dresses that are form fitting but because this rolls you could see a line. I sized up. Wish they worked for me but I do hav chunky legs. |
