The product is great. It does exactly what it should. I wear a size 14 and I purchased the XL. It fits wonderfully and I am able to wear it for up to 4 hours without it becoming too much. The only downside is getting the back up without assistance! I have not been able to get the back up at all by myself. There is a helpful rubber/elastic ban at the top that helps keep it up. I've found the way to really get it to stay up is to put your bra on afterwards and have it hold it in place. It's fantastic material and very comfortable. This postpartum girdle is fantastic. It helped me get moving sooner after delivery. I had a c section so i didnt use the girdle until about a week after delivery. Once I started using the girdle my stomach got flatter everyday. My skin still has some shrinking to do but it definitely helped me feel better and get back to my pre pregnancy clothes quickly. Instructions to use the product needs to be more clear. |

It theory it's a great product but the parts are not labeled, and the sizing is not good. The only directions you get are pictures of women wearing the parts for each stage, but it is impossible to tell some of the parts apart and also to tell which way is the top or bottom. Also a few pointers on the best time frame for daily wear but they were clearly not written in English first and are a bit confusing. Fits well and helps with the recovery (at least for a vaginal delivery). I rated 4 stars since I don't think is wide enough since when I use it it goes up during the day and does not stays as it should be (as shown in the image). Other than that fabric is ok and it provides good support |

I bought this to smooth figure flaws and under dress. It is much better than Spanx and breathable & easier to put on. The only thing I'd change is maybe snap buttons on the bottom to use the bathroom without having to take off esp during a menstrual cycle. |

I'm 5'9 and 225lb postpartum. I ordered the large and it is tight though that is the whole point. It really is quite comfortable. It helps with my back pain postpartum while I'm up walking around. I don't like wearing it while sitting though. |
