This is a great postpartum waist band. However, it is very bulky and hard to bend or sit. Unfortunately I could not wear this out because my body just looked so unnatural, it was obvious I was wearing a lot of something under my loose cloths. They're good. Thigh and hip area are perfect. I cant stress enough how good these style of undergarments can make you feel! I'm not crazy about the rubber lining, a small strip, running all the way around, at the top edge. It may make a tiny "bump" under tight, tight clothes. Fits well and helps with the recovery (at least for a vaginal delivery). I rated 4 stars since I don't think is wide enough since when I use it it goes up during the day and does not stays as it should be (as shown in the image). Other than that fabric is ok and it provides good support |

Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. Huge help for being on low sleep and being around to manage a newborn. |

Insanely small. If this had fit it would have been torturous to wear, no level of comfort .... Not much else to say. |
