I haven't worn this a LOT yet postpartum to be honest. It was as described and arrived on time. It's easy to wear and adjust, I bought a small and it's definitely the correct size. Runs a bit small in my experience, however as you begin to shrink after giving birth that's probably a good thing. I wore it pretty religiously during the day from week 2 on and it really helped me feel supported. I was able to stand and move around better with it. I had a vaginal delivery, but am experiencing a good deal of lower back pain so this is a great thing to have. Not sure that it helped with slimming down faster or at all, but it certainly makes me feel supported. If you wear it under a loose top you could wear it out. Under fitted tops it is visible. | Tag:

The item is actually made of two layers around the waist, and this means they slide against each other when you move. It's great when you're wearing it, and super comfortable, but it also means that when you're trying to pull it up, it gets a little slippery. These would be great IF they didn't have that seam going all the way around that you can see, causes a bumpy line that goes around your butt and you can see it in every dress I tried these with. If you want to wear with very thick fabric or something not so clingy maybe they'd be fine. The top waistband and bottom hem kept rolling as well. Returned. |

This does not help smooth anything. Everything squeezes to the top. If you are looking for something that will help your post partum stomach fit nicely into a dress, move on. I'm just going to stick to my pilates. |

My tried this yesterday and she really loves it. She's about to give birth in 5 weeks so the piece that she's using is only the waist/back support. She likes the feel of it and it's very comfortable. It helps with her posture and has support on her back. She's a dentist and sits up all day and so far it helps a little bit. |

I purchased mostly for the lower pelvic area support. Most others (and some of my pants) push my post mommy tummy/skin further down. Not this one, it does it's job and actually I first just wore that belt |

To put on there is a trendyline tag that you aline with your spine and velcro with 4 straps. I will mention I did need help putting it on but not nearly the amount of help I needed with the ones they give you in a hospital. |

I used this for the first time after my 3rd pregnancy. At first I could barely fit it, but soon I was able to really tighten it up. It has made a huge difference in my waist size and now I use it as a back support. I really like it a lot. I'm smaller now than I was pre-pregnancy. |

Per the size chart the 2xl should've fit me, but I couldn't get it past my hips. |
