belly compression wrap c section

As a MtF transgender person, I got this to help with tucking. I wear medium clothing comfortably and ordered a small so it is more restrictive. I feel as though if I was ordering this for it's actual intended purpose, I would want to order a small anyways. The point is to be firm. The torso elastic band is thick rubber, but still very comfortable, I haven't noticed any issues with much discomfort after several hours of wear. Just keep in mind, if you don't order this type of clothing, it isn't really made to be comfortable. The fabric makes it a lot nicer to wear and less intrusive and obvious, so it is very easy to hide under light clothing. I'm 5'9 and 225lb postpartum. I ordered the large and it is tight though that is the whole point. It really is quite comfortable. It helps with my back pain postpartum while I'm up walking around. I don't like wearing it while sitting though. | Tag: belly band at belt level

I thought I would use this a lot but I didn't. I wore it a few times but it was itchy and would kinda pinch my skin when I sat down. I am normally a size M and 90% of all my maternity clothes were medium too, but this seems to run on the big side. I couldn't return it because I bought it too early in my pregnancy. I would not buy this again, it wasn't worth it. |

The top edge (which has a no slip gripper) wants to flip over. It doesn't fall down or continue rolling, but it is a bit of an annoyance. The good thing is, you don't feel or see that the top edge has flipped so I consider this minor. I enclosed added a picture with one of my clingy white sweaters so you could see how it looks underneath. |

I don't like that it's bulky and is visible under clothing, but sweatshirt season is around the corner and it'll be well hidden. I also don't like how uncomfortable it is to sit while wearing, and that it doesn't recommend how long to wear it for. |

I do love the concept of this recovery aspect. It is fantastically put together - strong and sturdy. I am not postpartum but have abdominal problems due to surgery issues and this 3 in 1 support system keeps me happy - I don't have a strong belly anymore. I have a bit more weight to lose thru my belly before it will fit as I need - the one I got is for 190pds over...but, I am 70pds more past that point. The lower one will go on but because of not being sorted yet it is terribly tight. My goal is to use this...it truly is a fantastic support system and better than anything I had been given or bought after surgery prior. |

This fit as expected. But, in spite of the stay put strip, the waist band likes to roll later in the day and it starts to pinch. If you get hot and sweaty, it gets worse. I would recommend short-term wear for this item. |
