I thought I would use this a lot but I didn't. I wore it a few times but it was itchy and would kinda pinch my skin when I sat down. I am normally a size M and 90% of all my maternity clothes were medium too, but this seems to run on the big side. I couldn't return it because I bought it too early in my pregnancy. Awesome product. Sucks everything in without being uncomfortable. Does not roll down. Boy cut bottoms are comfy and don't seem to ride up. This shaper does a decent job of holding things in and smoothing things out. I wish the legs were a tiny bit longer for upper thigh rub preventing (and they like to roll up). This item is hard for me to put on. I have bad shoulder and found getting it up high enough took some careful movements. Hint - roll the rubber waist band over first so it does not drag on the skin - once in place - roll it up to bra line. This item rolls quite a bit and does not retain its shape. It is better than some other, similar products but it is not great. I place the larger portion as close to the pelvis as possible, and I place the pelvic piece at the top. This helps somewhat with the rolling and bunching. |

Really works well. Great purchase. Wish I would have found it sooner. |

Maybe I'm just trying to use this belt too soon after a c-section, but it seems small and it makes me feel more sore at the end of the day. It is bulky, if you try to wear all three pieces at once. |

I bought this to smooth figure flaws and under dress. It is much better than Spanx and breathable & easier to put on. The only thing I'd change is maybe snap buttons on the bottom to use the bathroom without having to take off esp during a menstrual cycle. |
