Went with the size I normally buy in clothing. I'm 5-2 and 130 pounds and it fit perfectly. No rolling down and no space between my bra and the top of the fabric. Does exactly what I bought it for. This was GREAT. I had a fundraiser to attend, and this gave me just the extra bit of smoothness from bra strap to hip that I needed. I am not fat, per se, but I am a bit soft around the mid-section and didn't want the dreaded pooch to show when I sat. This product stayed in place, did not roll down (though the legs on the boy-shorts portion did want to roll up a little, which was a bit annoying) and gave me the smoothness I was looking for. This is definitely not a girdle or a corset, so please have your expectations in line when you order it (I did, and I was pleased). |

This was delivered to me on the said date. The belt is made of very good material, velcro snaps were good too. I wear a size 10-12 pre-pregnancy and gained 30 lbs. during pregnancy. I am 2 weeks post partum and able to wear it while standing up but uncomfortable when seating I might need to lose more weight. The hip belt is way too small. For now I am wearing a postpartum belt provided |

Wore this under a bridesmaid dress, and while it did provide a flattering shape, I wouldn't say it really held much in. It was also very challenging to pull down for restroom breaks. The top didn't roll down for me at all, but the shorties kept sliding up and bunching, which was not comfortable. |

Used this for the first three months post partum - so glad I got this as it made me feel better to have a tight band around my floppy belly. Don't know if it made a lasting impact but made me feel better and that's all that matters after giving birth! |
