I am 4"11 200lbs I got a XL because that's the size I normally get because I have had a total of 3 C-sections. This flexees does give you definition, it's comfortable for me, and it holds my stomach in place and gives that smooth look. no control. i thought buying a shapewear with the boyshorts style would mitigate bulges around the outside thighs. I am wrong. these are terrible. I tried a dress with and without them.
