I wear this every day all day I even work out in it and sleep in it. you control the level of tightness. I use after reading a review that someone used it for post lipo/tummy tuck. Also good back support which I will probably wear it even when I don't need anymore. I do how ever wear a t-shirt under it. It itches when directly touch my skin. I got these 1-2 weeks postpartum. I had a 2nd time c section and diastasis recti. I was longing for sleep on the side but too afraid my organs would move around when i turn. so this gridle helped. At first it was stiff - which i like because it helped to flatten my belly, i wore this 24/7, the belly was noticable flatter, then took it off for one day for my body to relax (wearing this is very tight and restrictive sometimes), but then my belly went back to big. So i kinda have to keep this one to keep it tight. Now it's been my 6th week. With my hunching sometimes, the girdle is starting to loose its shape meaning the top and bottom ends crunched up a little. and it also slides up. I have a "droopy" belly, so my bottom muffin top hangs out and bent my incision a bit. I purchased these after about a month and a half postpartum to try to bring my belly back in. I have not been as compliant as I wanted to be, but I am appreciative of the fact that you can choose which parts of the band you want to wear, sometimes I use the thinner band for my waist and just the middle size band for my tummy I find that Wearing these two is enough for me. The larger band is just too constricted for my comfort level. The package arrived as expected and it was well packaged. The quality seems it's made well for the price. I followed the sizing guide and it fit perfectly. However, I have sensitive skin. I looked like I was burned all around my stomach and back after using it for no more than an hour. I tried wearing it over my shirt as well, and that didn't help. I have another type I use from another company and I have been using that, but saw this and thought it would be better. I guess I will never know because I'm allergic to it. |

I started wearing this the day after I gave birth untill he was about 3 months . I do think it helped a lot with helping me "bounce back" as they say . It didnt feel too cheap and actually held up well through washes . I love how al the straps made it super adjustable just in case you needed a little extra something . My only complaint was that after sitting a lot it would start to roll but I feel that may have been more of a personal problem . My rolls were probably eating the thing alive lol .anyway if you want something to help with the postpartum recovery but don't want to pay that high price tag I would reccomed this . |
