It runs small, so order larger than you think you need. Definitely helps alleviate some of the early back pain and discomfort. Difficult to put it on correctly if you're alone, and it scrunches up a bit of you try to sit down. The girdle came on time and was packaged well. The material is good quality and it fit well. I really bought mine to help with back pain after undergoing a surgery and it worked so far. I just started wearing it so I may have to update the review soon, but so far so good! I purchased these after about a month and a half postpartum to try to bring my belly back in. I have not been as compliant as I wanted to be, but I am appreciative of the fact that you can choose which parts of the band you want to wear, sometimes I use the thinner band for my waist and just the middle size band for my tummy I find that Wearing these two is enough for me. The larger band is just too constricted for my comfort level. I ordered a large however it wasn't big enough. It's too tight to wear for a long time. I'm not even sure if during the time I am wearing it if it works. ?? I kinda think it was a waste of money however hopefully I can give it to someone that will have better results. I was unsure of this product, especially due to the low price point. I was wrong. It is amazing! I seriously love this. The three separate pieces allow me to customize the support worn and the elastic velcro has allowed for adjustments to my changing waistline. I could barely get it on after delivery and eight weeks postpartum, am extra glad for the ability to tighten or loosen with each wearing. The fabric isn't pretty-after all this is a medical purposed garment, but it is thick, sturdy and of quality. It has really helped my stomach muscles 'remember' to stand straight and hold in my stomach, now that there is no longer a watermelon in front of me. I love this support band. Buy it! Size wise it was kind of small for me & had trouble breathing at first well with all the pregnancy weight I've gained I should've ordered a bigger one. overall Its a good postpartum support band |
