Exactly what I wanted. I expected a tight fit and am currently using it post partum. Used it once and already felt and seen the swelling die down after a few hours. Love how item has three pieces to customize a fit for your body/goal. Did find item to crease and ride up if you tend to sit. Overall, very happy with my item. Note* first few days item did not fit right after birth which, to me, makes sense. This has been an amazing buy. I bought a small in my 35th week of pregnancy, having gained in the end 35 pounds. I did not plan to have a cesarean section but I am so so glad I had already had this corset! After birth I lost 25 pounds in the first week and but I had such bad back pain. As soon as I wore the corset I immediately felt so much better. It helped with posture and tightening my core again. I put in my pre-pregnancy measurements +2" because I just gave birth 5 days before my order and I gained 50+ lbs in pregnancy. This was WAY too big. I'm still 25lbs heavier, so I'm confused as to how this could possibly run small or even the correct size for anyone. Now I can't even see which size I ordered because the size isn't appearing in my order history. I'm going to reorder with a small or extra small- maybe I ordered a medium? I think it could be a good product if it fit right. Maybe it's because I'm putting in my jean waist size which is lower on my body, so if you're going to order- I'd recommend using a string and wrapping really tight in the smallest part of the waist. I first ordered a small based on pre pregnancy size but ended up exchanging it for a medium with the help of Maggie from the company and it fits much better and adjusts to be nice and snug.
