This 3 in 1 postpartum support belt is great for after c section. But it's hard to use it for more than 3 hours. The folds poke the skin too much if you're constantly moving, sitting, standing, walking. I stopped using it after 4 weeks, because the folds hurt me more and more as it began to "shape into my body". Bought a large thinking it would be plenty big enough. I was 180 lbs right before giving birth and 2 days afterwards this would not fit.
