Though I'm 5 weeks out from my c section, I bought this item to wear around the house for support, and it does the job. However, I wish it were longer, as I have a longer torso and find it uncomfortable when I'm sitting or bending down. Love how smooth it is and how the top doesn't roll down has a good grip, for me it does the jod, I'm 5'2 120 pounds I just wanted some spanx to wear with my birthday dress to smooth everything out and I also just had a baby so it's good for me. Sadly this product fits nicely and holds me in with no unsightly lines. Why is this sad, because it arrived with a rip in the side. So a great product arrived defected. And I don't have enough time to return it for a new one because I am getting married this week and I need it to go under my dress. Shame because otherwise it would be a five star product. This product is actually 3 different belts to be worn in different weeks post partum. I had no concerns about Belt 1 which was for week 1. I added on the 2nd belt and found that the cloth had actually split after about a week of wearing it. I'm sure I got the right size and the whole point of wearing it is is compression & looks like it is not able to handle this. I'm yet to put on Belt 3. | Tag:

but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Fit as expected. Very comfortable. Material is light weight and breathable. I feel the quality is, good material seems to be really durable. Could only wear it for about an hour or so 2 days after csection. I feel its doing the job belly is shrinking down pretty quickly. Love that its adjustable; can get it to fit really tight and provides awesome back support. Runs small, but very supportive

This product worked well. Unfortunately I had a C section and had to wait a while before using it. If I used it every day it would have definitely made my tummy smaller but it bothered my scar a little bit. I did notice a big difference the first week or two that I actually followed instructions and wore it every day for the suggested amount of hours. I was just lazy about wearing it. I might try wearing it again now that I'm healed. Overall, very satisfied. Great product for a great price! Came in a cute little bag and had instructions for how to use it, even for a c section. |

Caution: You will have to order up a size or two. I ordered size L and could barely get into it. Reordered a 2X hoping this would fit and thankfully it did. The fabric feels nice though I haven't sweated in it or anything. I'm a little over 1 week post partum and need to get rid of my little pouch so I'm hoping this will help. |

Awesome just wish it was longer. I'm 5'8 and had an issue with the belt not covering the top of my stomach. It worked for the pain I was having after my c section, but to wear as a waist trainer, I wouldn't suggest if you were my height or so. |

Sadly this didn't work for me. I wore it at home first to see how it would hold up. But after a few minutes of walking, the leg portion rolled up and it was very noticeable, especially if your dress is form fitting. So that kinda defeats the purpose. The tummy portion did stay up and had no problems rolling down, even with movement and sitting down. I also followed the sizing chart but I feel that it's still a little too big on me. Too bad I can't return it. |

Not what I expected

I ordered extra large because that is the size I've been wearing for many years. I could not even pull these up over my thighs. I checked the label to see if there had been a mistake, but no. I had ordered 2 pair and would send them back except I live in Latvia and it would hardly be worth while to do so. I'll just stash them in a box for some other time, or some other person. |

I had to return mine cause i read the sise chart wrong. Kind if confusing. There were two sections for the size chart; the top section had waist size and the bottom was bra size. I used the bra size and ordered the L, which was too small. Ya girl needs an XL! First time i had to exchange with Amazon, so i hope they sens me a replacement instead of processing a return! |

MUST-HAVE after childbirth!!!!! These pushed my tummy UP and IN which has made a huge difference in preventing "mommy pouch" - other corsets and tummy binders will only push inward but the lower part of your tummy is pushed downward after wearing for a while--- training your skin and fat to move and hang south... NO, NO, that won't do. I bought these in 2x, XL, and L to start with. I have progressively been moving down IT size - making sure they are always very snug. Please do your body a favor and get these! (FYI- do not dry them in the dryer) |
