I wanted a post-partum girdle after my delivery to help with my diastis rectis and my umbilical hernia. This really did help aliviate the hernia discomfort and helped pull everything in quicker I feel. I ordered the medium size (I was 175 lbs pre-delivery and am normally 135 lbs not pregnant). I feel this size was perfect for me as you can make it smaller. It was comfortable, not too rigid to wear all day even while breastfeeding. It was fairly undetectable under clothing although don't wear something form fitting as it will show. This product was claiming to come exactly how it shows but the spandex material is not stretchy to fit every body type as expected was SUPER uncomfortable could not wear for more than an hour tops if that. |

This fit as expected and I could see that it did do a good job of compressing my stomach area. However, the seams between the stomach control area and the boy shorts was very thick and showed through my clothes. It looked like I had a serious panty line. Very disappointed. |

This was great after my C-section. I wish it would have stayed lower because my incision is low, between my legs, but it is nearly impossible to get something to stay put when you move your legs, sit, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone getting a C-section. |

This is really small. The underwear portion fit great but the stomach part just didn't work. I understand it's supposed to be tight but it just kept rolling down in the back. It's also not long enough to tuck under my bra to help keep it in place. |

Keeps everything on the torso tight and smooth, no jiggling. Top band did not roll down at all, hit just below bra. Leg bands DID roll up and left a noticeable line/bulge under dress. |

I got one of these in every color. I wear a large. I bought a large. It fit tight at first, but as I used them a few times it fits well. I love them. I'm 5.1 155 lb and I can tuck it a little under my bra. I have no rolling down. You can't even tell it's there. I love this product more and more. |

the only reason i rate this low is because it slims the butt as well, looking at this picture you would think your butt and thighs are free |
