My wife tried a few other belts before trying this. She has had chronic back pain and an overhang post C-section. After using this belt her back pain has reduced and posture improved greatly. The one I got was a size M. I use a size L and I thought it would fit because you can tighten the bands but I couldn't get it to stick to the velcro. Update: so this company has been emailing me ever since I wrote my initial review above. I've copy/pasted the latest and third email I got from them below. They are highly unethical! They want me to remove my review or give higher grade in exchange for my money back or another girdle. I responded to the first two emails stating that if they gave me my money back that I would remove the review as one of my complaints was that I couldn't return it. I was hesitant about buying this belt bc it seemed too good to be true based on the price. The belt came as pictured and has been an absolute game changer in my c section recovery. On post op day 2 I was able to start wearing it and it significantly helps to decrease my pain and soreness. I can't recommend it enough! |

This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I have a feeling this thing is going to be my best friend for some time to come. |

I really love this corset! For the price it is a great postpartum corset. It holds my belly in and I do think it's helped my belly go down in size quicker. I'm not sure if it's actually from the corset or from having it on being a reminder for me to try to hold in more. Either way it provides great support so I recommend it for any postpartum woman. |
