Perhaps my torso is a little too long... These belt did not cover the bit of pooch I had left over- just below my belly button. They are advertised to not roll, but they certainly do. I've only worn mine for about a month and the belt is becoming too loose at the top. It also rides up, and I have to continuously pull the belts back down. It does provide some support, more than the maternity bellyband has postpartum, but at 4 and a half weeks postpartum, I definitely need more abdominal support than what these bands can offer me now. I cant expect much more, considering the price and I dont regret my purchase, since it was much more helpful in the first 2 pp weeks than it is now. Perfect to wear after birth. My skin gets irritated easily when I wear any kind of belly wraps or waist trainers so I normally put it over a thin tank top so it doesn't irritate my skin. Love the fact this is a 3 piece set & it fully covers the stomach & hips. It does rise up a bit when you sit down, but that's to be expected. I do agree with others that this is bulky & not super thin so you can see it under your clothes, but I don't mind at all since I've just given birth. This is a great postpartum waist band. However, it is very bulky and hard to bend or sit. Unfortunately I could not wear this out because my body just looked so unnatural, it was obvious I was wearing a lot of something under my loose cloths. This was delivered to me on the said date. The belt is made of very good material, velcro snaps were good too. I wear a size 10-12 pre-pregnancy and gained 30 lbs. during pregnancy. I am 2 weeks post partum and able to wear it while standing up but uncomfortable when seating I might need to lose more weight. The hip belt is way too small. I first ordered a small based on pre pregnancy size but ended up exchanging it for a medium with the help of Maggie from the company and it fits much better and adjusts to be nice and snug. It's helped with my posture and flattening my belly a little. I love and and am very satisfied with it. |
