I got these 1-2 weeks postpartum. I had a 2nd time c section and diastasis recti. I was longing for sleep on the side but too afraid my organs would move around when i turn. so this gridle helped. At first it was stiff - which i like because it helped to flatten my belly, i wore this 24/7, the belly was noticable flatter, then took it off for one day for my body to relax (wearing this is very tight and restrictive sometimes), but then my belly went back to big. So i kinda have to keep this one to keep it tight. Now it's been my 6th week. With my hunching sometimes, the girdle is starting to loose its shape meaning the top and bottom ends crunched up a little. and it also slides up. I have a "droopy" belly, so my bottom muffin top hangs out and bent my incision a bit. I absolutely love this. I gave birth a week ago and my belly is almost back to normal. I have only been using the first belt so far. I did use the second belt for about two days. I have not used the last belt for your hips yet. But so far this has worked for me. I did have a small bump to begin with. I can already fit into my old clothes. Fits, offer some control. A little hard to pull down for the restroom if you have your full dress on, but not too hard to pull down by itself. So not impossible to budge like some garments are. |

I had the easiest pregnancy and the easiest delivery for my daughter! But postpartum was not so easy. I have had the worst hip pain after her birth. Most days I could hardly walk! Bought this for my wife to recover after her C-Section. Sizing didn't work out very well (confusion with sizing in ordering) so she didn't use it more then a few times. When she did use it, she found it uncomfortable. |

Very comfortable but I wish that the shorts/legs were a bit longer. They tend to roll up into the crevice of my legs, and that gets uncomfortable. Plus if you are wearing anything tight around your legs you can see that. If you are wearing them with a dress then it's fine. Other than that it is comfortable and does a great job holding in the fat! |

If you have a longer torso it does not fit well or hop anything. |

Overall not a bad garment for tummy control. I use it just to alleviate those bumps, wrinkles and rolls from a little bit of flab hanging over the waistbands. They are not heavy duty cinchers by any means, but I don't want a corset for that anyway. |
