The product was a nice quality, but it certainly runs a little small and does not stretch much. I wear a size L or XL in leggings and bought the shapewear in a size large, as I did want a slightly smaller/tighter fit as an alternative to an abdominal compressor. I couldn't even get these past my hips. I gave them to my mom who wears a small or medium in leggings and she also had a little trouble getting them past her hips. This product runs somewhat small but I was able to make it work. So far since using I am seeing an improvement. I can say this I normally have back pain but on the days I wear this I don't feel the pain as much I wonder why. Anyway I wear this under my clothes during the week I normally wear loose fitting comfortable clothes since I do work from home but the other day I wore this under a form fitting dress. Everyone was asking me how did I lose so much weight so fast I couldn't help but laugh. But I noticed how smooth my stomach looked when I put my dress on it was very impressing. Way to small! I'm 5'4" and 115 pounds and I bought a small. When sitting in my wheelchair I have a muffin top that I would like to smooth out for tight fitting clothes. These were my two big problems. |

I love the first around the midsection belt... until after wearing it for 2 weeks the boning in it collapsed and started digging into my sides. I wore this all the time and even to sleep. My waist shrunk so fast after giving birth. Worth the buy, but not worth the pain. |

Item runs small. According to the size chart a medium would be a little on the big side. I had a bad feeling so I bought the large and it fit snug but comfortable. If I would have bought a medium according to my measurements and the size chart I would be sending it back. But other than the size being off the item is great. |

The fabric was very comfortable but did not seem to control very well. I also hated the seem around the butt area. If you are planning on wearing a form fitting dress or pants, the seem will totally show through. Don't understand why they made it that way. Overall, I do not like the way this was made and do not recommend. |

Good but weak support to stay in position. It rolls over and makes it uncomfortable. You also have to wear a shirt underneath to prevent scaring. |

Love how smooth it is and how the top doesn't roll down has a good grip, for me it does the jod, I'm 5'2 120 pounds I just wanted some spanx to wear with my birthday dress to smooth everything out and I also just had a baby so it's good for me. I feel like it's true to size but I am slim so maybe if you're a little more rounded it might run small. Hope it helps |
